(2) When applying potassium nitrate as basic fertilizer, which shall not be mix with superphosphate calcium and fresh organic fertilizer. 
(3) Do not mix with strong alkaline pesticide.
(4) Potassium Nitrate is a strong oxidizing agent. It should not be stored in the vicinity of heat source, inflammable and explosive substances.

Easily soluble in water, which not soluble in anhydrous ethanol and diethyl ether.
