Pure chlorothalonil is white crystal, melting point 250-251 degrees, boiling point 350 degrees Celsius. The content of industrial grade is about 98%, which is stable in alkaline and acidic aqueous solutions and ultraviolet radiation.

Chlorothalonil is a broad-spectrum and protective bactericide.It is able to interact with glyceraldehyde three phosphate dehydrogenase in fungal cells, combine with cysteine proteins of enzyme, destroying the enzyme activity, which lead to the fungal cell damage and loss of vitality. Attentions:
