1.Air conditioner service (commercial project under operation)
All commercial projects under our operation are equipped with air conditioner service. We provide air conditioner service for all business owner and lessee based on air conditioning system of each building. And we provide standard smoke control system on original construction design.

2.Washroom (commercial project under operation)
There are men’s room, women’s room and handicapped restroom for residents and visitors to use in each floor. Some washroom might be locked or temporarily closed under circumstance of cleaning and maintenance time. There will be notice board.

3.Service desk (commercial project under operation)
Tongmin Real Estate Management Department set up service desk in all commercial projects of our group at lobby of first floor of A level administration building of all mansions. Service time: 09:00am to 17:00pm. Real Estate Manamgent Department will arrange enthusiastic reception personnel to serve you with assistance and service.
All proprietors/ lessee and visitors can consult and inquire real estate related information towards our service desk.

4.Lost and found
If proprietors/ lessee found articles left by other people in public area of Tongmin real estate, please hand over to real estate management center and please provide following information:
 -Position articles were found
 -Time articles were found
 -The person who find lost articles and contact telephone
Real estate management center will record these information and reserve lost articles for 3 months. If lost articles are ID card, or valuables, such as, watches and jewelrys, real estate management center will report to public security organization. And ordinary items will be transferred to charity organization.

5.Maintenance service (maintenance photos)
Decoration and facility in apartment building should be maintained by proprietor/lessee by contacting with original construction units. If decoration and facility in apartment building need maintenance, real estate management center can provide compensable service.

6.Insect pests wipe out service
Tongmin real estate arranges contractor to implement insect pest wipe out service in all public area of project under our operation.
Proprietor/lessee should employ professional pest control company to wipe out insects in leasing area at own expense according to pest control standard and requirement of real estate management center in order to prevent breeding of white ant, mouse, cockroach or other injurious insect or parasite. If proprietor/lessee need service from company assigned by real estate management center, please contact with real estate management center and expense will be at your own.

7.Express deposit service
In order to guarantee service quality, create safe, comfortable office environment and promote defensive measure, real estate management center introduces HIVE BOX, JD express cabinet, GEGE express cabinet, which are installed:
Wentong Mansion: loading area 
Wentong Villas: gate of community
Wentong International Plaza: mansion B1 layer
All express items delivered (except JD express) are placed in HIVE BOX (exclusive of file, urgent document or dispatch, important bill, freight collect express item, oversized item, overweight item, fresh food and valuables). Deliver staffs must wear Pass Card issued by real estate management center.

8.Take-Out collection service(commercial project under operation)
In order to guarantee service quality, create safe, comfortable office environment and promote defensive measure, real estate management center set storage place for take-our service.

9.Free cleaning service of air conditioner filter (commercial project under operation)
Real estate management company provides free cleaning service of air outlet and return air inlet of all air conditioner system two times each year to guarantee comfortable working environment.

Tongmin real estate implement public service broadcast service.
